THURAYA VOICE Regional NOVA Prepaid

Thuraya Term and conditions:

• First call must be within 6 months from activation.
• SIM card is cancelled if the call is not made.
• SIM card valid for 12 months from date of first call. The account is automatically renewed for a further 12 months on the expiry date if there is sufficient balance on the account (equal or greater than renewal fee.)
• Renewal charge for an additional 12 months: is $10 for usage up to $1500 and free of charge if usage is greater than $1500 per annum.
• Grace Period: If subscriber has insufficient credit to renew the account, the subscriber is given 90 days grace period to top-up the account with sufficient funds to renew the SIM card. During the grace period, incoming calls are possible
• Deactivation: If subscriber fails to renew the account within the grace period, the SIM will be deactivated and all credit lost.
• Call Increments: First 60 seconds and every 60 seconds thereafter

In Region NOVA (E):

• Thuraya 0.85 units/min
• Band 1 0.90 units/min
• Band 2 5.09 units/min
• Catch All 8.10 units/min
• SMS 0.35 units/min

Outside of Region NOVA (E):

• Thuraya 1.25 units/min
• Band 1 1.85 units/min
• Band 2 6.02 units/min
• Catch all 9.65 units/min
• SMS 0.35 units/min

GSM
Thuraya has agreements with some GSM networks and therefore roaming is allowed for some countries (please refer to Thuraya’s website for the latest list of countries).
Outgoing calls/SMS – Thuraya will deduct credit based on the cost received from the GSM network plus Thuraya’s handling charge.
Receiving calls will be deducted at $0.50/Min over and above any network charge.

Additional Services:

• GMPRS: GMPRS can be added $20.00 will be deducted from the existing credit, usage is decremented at $5 per MB
• Static IP: $300 for a full 12-month deducted from credit, renewable annually, non-refundable upon deactivation.
